Refund Policy

A simple promise: if a paid course isn't for you, tell us within 7 days of purchase — before you've completed 25% of its sessions — and we'll refund you in full. Here's exactly how it works.

7-Day Money-Back Window

When a paid course purchase qualifies for a refund.

You can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase, provided you have completed less than 25% of the course's sessions.

Both conditions must hold: a request made more than 7 days after purchase is not eligible, and neither is a request made after you have completed 25% or more of the course's sessions.

The window starts at the time of the Paystack transaction, and progress is measured from your session-completion records on the platform at the time we receive your request.

How to Request a Refund

One email is all it takes.

Email support@masteranything.app from the email address on your Master Anything account.

Include the course name and, if you have it, your Paystack transaction reference (it's in your payment receipt email). Telling us why you're refunding is optional but genuinely helps us improve.

We will check eligibility against your purchase date and course progress and reply within 3 business days with the outcome.

How Refunds Are Processed

Where the money goes and how long it takes.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Paystack.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the money to appear in your account.

Refunds are issued in the currency you paid in.

Promotional Pricing

Refunds on promo-priced purchases.

If you bought a course at a promotional price, your refund is the amount you actually paid — not the standard or list price.

Refunding a promo-priced purchase does not reserve the promo price: if you re-purchase after the promo window has closed, the standard price applies.

What a Refund Ends

What you give up when a purchase is refunded.

Your access to the refunded course ends when the refund is approved.

The 1-on-1 review session included with the course is forfeited on refund — it is part of the paid course and cannot be claimed separately afterwards (see the Terms of Service).

Your Master Anything account and any free features remain unaffected.

What This Policy Doesn't Cover

Costs and situations outside the refund.

Third-party costs are not refundable by us — for example, AI credits or subscriptions you purchase directly from AI providers, hosting providers, or other services while taking a course.

We may decline refunds where we see abuse of this policy, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or evidence of bulk-downloading course content before requesting a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act in Nigeria.
