These terms govern your use of Master Anything (masteranything.app), including free features, paid courses, the 1-on-1 review session, and AI-powered features. By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to them.

Creating and keeping an account in good standing.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account and purchase courses. Younger learners may use the platform only with a parent or guardian who accepts these terms.
Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. Your account is personal to you — one account per person.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or attempt to defraud us or other users. Where reasonable, we will warn you first.
What you agree not to do on the platform.
Do not share your account or your access to paid course content with anyone else.
Do not scrape, bulk-download, reverse engineer, or systematically extract course content, platform data, or AI outputs.
Do not use the AI features to generate unlawful, harmful, or abusive content, or attempt to bypass usage limits and safety measures.
Do not resell, republish, or redistribute course materials, in whole or in part.
Competitions (such as the Coursathon) have their own published rules; cheating or manipulating competition scoring is a violation of these terms as well.
What you get when you enroll in or purchase a course.
When you purchase a paid course, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use that course's content for your own learning.
Paid course access lasts for as long as Master Anything operates the platform and offers the course. We will give reasonable notice if a purchased course is ever retired.
Course access is tied to your account and cannot be transferred, gifted after redemption, or shared.
You own the apps and projects you build during a course. Course materials, curricula, and platform content remain ours (or our licensors'), and AI-generated curricula are licensed to you for personal learning use.
Terms for the personal review session included with eligible paid courses.
Eligible paid courses (such as Ship It: Vibe Coding for Non-Technical Builders) include one 1-on-1 review session per completed course, where a developer personally reviews your shipped project.
To qualify, you must complete the course's requirements, including the capstone or launch-proof submission where the course has one. The session is a reward for finishing — it is not unlocked at purchase.
Sessions are scheduled by email after you complete the course, subject to instructor availability, and must be booked within 90 days of completing the course.
If you need to reschedule, give at least 24 hours' notice. A missed session without notice may be forfeited.
The review session is limited to one per completed course purchase, is personal to you, and is forfeited if the course purchase is refunded (see the Refund Policy).
How purchases work.
Payments are processed by Paystack. Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless stated otherwise, and the price displayed at checkout is the price you pay.
Promotional prices are available only during their stated window. When a promo window ends, the standard price applies — promo prices are not honored retroactively or extended individually.
Some courses may require third-party costs to complete (for example, AI credits purchased directly from AI providers). These are stated in the course description and are separate from our course price.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Important limits of AI-generated content.
Parts of the platform — generated curricula, the AI tutor, AI lab reviews, and assessments — are produced by AI models. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
Verify important information before relying on it, especially code you intend to deploy. Human review features exist precisely because AI output is not guaranteed to be correct.
AI output is provided for learning purposes and is not professional, legal, financial, or security advice.
Your prompts and submissions to AI features are processed by third-party model providers, as described in our Privacy Policy.
What we promise — and what we cannot.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not guarantee outcomes. Completing a course does not guarantee employment, income, app success, or any particular result — that depends on you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Nigerian law.
The legal framework, and how these terms can change.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. For material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
